- Gelatin powder: 100g

- Small stainless steel saucepan with lid (size may vary depending on the amount of ingredients)
- Stirring spoon

- Heat-resistant container or stainless steel mold

- Measure: Use a container to measure the required amounts of winter melon tea and gelatin powder separately.
- Boil: Bring the winter melon tea to a boil and turn off the heat.
