1. One piece of winter melon tea brick with 4500 c.c. of water, ready to drink after cooling, even better when chilled.
2. Can also be boiled into winter melon concentrate, using a 2:1 ratio of tea brick to water, boil and refrigerate. Dilute with 8 times hot water or other beverages when consuming.
