Her Jyi was founded by Jin Hong Sugar Co., Ltd. in 1989
Her Jyi was originally “Jyi”, an established sugar mill in Kaohsiung
We specialize in high-quality sugar products including winter melon tea bricks, traditional rock sugar, Taiwanese brown sugar, and refined sugar and raw sugar. The winter melon tea bricks in particular were sold throughout Taiwan. A variety of different products and specifications were offered to meet customer requirements. Products undergo regular testing and our factory has passed both HACCP/ISO 22000 food safety certification and Halal certification. Sound production processes and quality control from the source to the end product ensure customer peace of mind.
We are a company with deep roots in Taiwan that has also expanded overseas.

A traditional, unique, and refreshing drink in Taiwan made of the finest locally-grown white gourd.

The bricks are made with the traditional recipe, a strict manufacturing process starting with washing, slicing, soaking, adding refined sugar, and slow cook until it condenses.

Set aside and let it cool down naturally, it will become the golden-colored, aromatic sugar brick called “Winter melon tea bricks.

Herjyi's Brown Sugar is refined from molasses and raw cane sugar, rich in trace elements and minerals.

It retains the natural, mellow fragrance and distinctive rich aroma and sweetness of brown sugar.

Brown sugar powder is highly versatile, suitable for use in sweet soups, beverages, baking, desserts, and more.

It enhances a wide range of dishes with unique flavor and depth.

Herjyi Rock Sugar is made from refined cane sugar, which is dissolved and then naturally crystallized multiple times to create high-purity, irregularly shaped rock sugar crystals.

The product is available in three granule sizes: medium, small, and fine, to meet the needs of consumers in different culinary applications.
